Join the powerful and rather cute Kirby as he gains new abilities in a colorful 3D platforming
adventure filled with wonder wilderness and Waddle Dees. Kirby has a knack for taking deep
breaths and he gets his due when he arrives in an unfamiliar land and discovers that Waddle
Dees are being kidnapped en masse by the Beast Pack. To save his friends Kirby embarks on a
journey with his curious sidekick Elfilin whom he meets in the new world. Players can utilize
a variety of Kirby's abilities to battle enemies and navigate vibrant 3D worlds. A place where
nature and a past civilization have merged areas filled with platforming challenges await. As
you set out to free the Waddle Dees held captive at the goal at the end of each level it can
be helpful to explore every nook and cranny to save as many as possible along the way. The
Beast Pack is a bit of a challenge so Kirby's iconic copy abilities have been given a few
additions: Drill and Ranger copy abilities. Drill allows you to dive into the ground and attack
enemies from below. And enemies will soon see stars when Kirby uses his Ranger copy ability
which allows him to hit an enemy from afar. Kirby can also bring along a companion on his
journey in the form of Bandana Waddle Dee. Players can then unleash a variety of attacks using
his spear and can easily jump into two-player co-op play on the same console by sharing a
Joy-Con. Kirby and the Forgotten Land also introduces Waddle Dee Town the central hub of the
adventure. The town will develop more and more based on the number of Waddle Dees rescued.
Various shops will open and players will be able to enjoy some of the townspeople's favorite
games. Kirby can even help out at the Waddle Dee Café. The wise Waddle Dee can also be found in
Waddle Dee Town and will give you helpful tips. By connecting online with a Nintendo Account
it is possible to obtain information based on global player data such as the total number of
Waddle Dees rescued around the world and the most popular copy ability at the current time.
