HSS countersink drill head with hexagonal shank creates smooth countersinks for screws and
deburrs holes in hard materials. The ground countersink drill head made of HSS (high-speed
steel) has an optimal surface quality for even work. Outstanding results in hard materials are
possible thanks to three 90-degree cutting edges that function continuously  without vibrations
or burrs. High power transmission due to the hexagonal shaft provides a flat hole sink. It is
suitable for use on non-ferrous metals  steel  and cast iron and has a hexagonal shank system
for versatile use. The HSS countersink drill head with hexagonal shank is manufactured
according to DIN 335. The best result is achieved by working at low cutting speeds. It can also
be used with impact wrenches.
