patented u'Select system with 6 different fixed settings - from fine to rough. Once selected 
it will not change when you use the grinder. Just turn the ring at the bottom of the grinder
and select the desired degree of fineness. Unique grinding mill. Towbar in sustainable wood.
uSelect (uS) is a patented grinder system with 6 fixed grain size settings. The grinding
mechanism is made of alloy stainless steel which prevents the formation of rust. Specially made
for dry salt crystals (sea salt and rock salt)  which allows to reduce them to fine powder.
Always turn clockwise when grinding. Keep the grinder dry.
