The Ile dOleron  with its famous salt marshes  has inspired Peugeot to create this special wet
salt mill. The mill design combines the transparency of acrylic with the smoothness of
chocolate finished wood. The body of the Oleron mill clearly shows the wet salt crystals that
it holds. The knob located at the top of the mill is used to adjust the salt coarseness. As
with all Peugeot mills  the steel grinding mechanism comes with a lifetime guarantee.
