There are a number of mechanisms used to create the look of the elegant RAW stoneware. The
glaze on the stoneware does not consist of a homogeneous  solid colour  but varies in color and
texture due to the chemical process in the kiln. Here  the glaze develops differently from part
to part  and therefore the frame varies in color saturation  crystallization and layering. This
technique is highly valued by many potters. The many variations in color and texture make each
piece unique and give the frame the handmade look. An exclusive  raw through-dyed stoneware
mass  which is double-fired to achieve the highest quality and strong wear resistance  RAW
Titanium Black stoneware is manufactured for daily use in the Nordic home. As long as you
follow certain precautions  our stoneware and porcelain are dishwasher  microwave  oven and
freezer safe. However  never put ordinary stoneware and porcelain into a preheated oven  and
also avoid putting hot stoneware and porcelain directly onto a cold worktop. Large temperature
differences can cause porcelain and stoneware to crack and break. It must therefore be heated
carefully and cooled down slowly.
