Fiskars Functional Form™ Knife block includes 3 knives: Large cook’s knife  Santoku knife and
Paring knife. Knife block is made of plastic. Modern  attractive Knife block features
easy-access slots for placement under low-hanging cabinets. Knife blades are made of durable 
Japanese stainless steel. Ergonomic knife handles have SoftGrip™ at fingertips and deep finger
guards for a comfortable  safe hold. Large cook’s knife has a long  199mm blade  ideal for
cutting meat  chopping vegetables and mincing herbs. Santoku knife has a broadly shaped 160mm
blade  ideal for preparing meat  fish and vegetables. Paring knife has a 110mm blade for
peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables. Knives are dishwasher safe. HRC 52. Cutting
