ZECHSAL MAGNESIUM OLIE

Zechsal 100 ml - Magnesium Oil Zechsal magnesium oil is a highly concentrated liquid form of
magnesium chloride dissolved in water. It is called magnesium oil because it feels greasy.
Magnesium oil is ideal for quickly and effectively absorbing magnesium through the skin.
Practical and economical to use  for the whole body. Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (about 200 mg 
half the daily requirement). Leave it on for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse as desired. A
slight tingle and warm feeling is normal and indicates that magnesium is being absorbed. Your
skin is pleasantly supple and you can enjoy total relaxation. Tip: if the skin is warm (e.g.
after showering or after exertion)  this significantly improves absorption. Avoid contact with
your eyes or open wounds  as this may cause a caustic sensation.
