This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on
Supercomputing ISUM 2018 held in Mérida Mexico in March 2018. The 19 revised full papers
presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 64 submissions. The papers are organized in
topical sections on scheduling architecture and programming parallel computing applications
and HPC.
