The first three chapters of the book offer relevant information on the new methodological
approach learner corpus profiling and the exemplifying case Romanian Learner English. The
description of the Romanian Corpus of Learner English is also given special attention. The
following three chapters include corpus-based frequency analyses of selected grammatical
categories (articles prepositions genitives) combined with error analyses. In the concluding
discussion the book summarizes the features compiled as lexico-grammatical profiles.
