This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Blended
Learning ICBL 2016 held in Beijing China in July 2016. The conference is formerly known as
International Conference on Hybrid Learning (ICHL) The 34 papers presented were carefully
reviewed and selected from 61 submissions. The selected papers cover various aspects on
