This book constitutes the proceedings of the 30th International Conference on Architecture of
Computing Systems ARCS 2017 held in Vienna Austria in April 2017. The 19 full papers
presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 42 submissions. They were
organized in topical sections entitled: resilience accelerators performance memory systems
parallelism and many-core scheduling power energy.
