This book constitutes the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Technologies and
Innovation CITI 2017 held in Guayaquil Ecuador in October 2017. The 24 papers presented in
this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions. They were organized in
topical sections named: cloud and mobile computing knowledge based and expert systems
applications in healthcare and wellness e-learning and ICT in agronomy.
