This book constitutes revised selected papers from the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the
Third International Human Centered Computing Conference HCC 2017 that consolidated and
further develops the successful ICPCA SWS conferences on Pervasive Computing and the Networked
World and which was held in Kazan Russia in August 2017. The 48 full and 20 short papers
