This book constitutes the proceedings of the Second International Symposium on Intelligent
Computing Systems ISICS 2018 held in Merida Mexico in March 2018. The 12 papers presented
in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 28 submissions. They deal with the
field of intelligent computing systems focusing on artificial intelligence computer vision and
image processing.
