This work was compiled to serve as a convenient source that covers a number of techniques (and
details of their use) in the rather large field of nanomedicine with special attention paid to
gene delivery. As principal investigators working in the field of nanomedicine we sought to
put together the most current and relevant topics in gene delivery imaging and evaluation
systems. We expect the work to serve very well for scientists and graduate students in the
nanomedicine field.
