In den Aushandlungsprozessen spätmoderner Gesellschaften wird es für die Kirchen immer
schwieriger sich mit christlichen Überzeugungen Gehör zu verschaffen und Orientierung zu
geben. Dazu tragen auch Tendenzen in Theologie und Kirche bei das eigene Profil im Interesse
größtmöglicher Anschlussfähigkeit und Akzeptanz abzuschleifen. Die Aufsätze dieses Bandes sind
demgegenüber von der Überzeugung getragen dass evangelische Ethik die Fragen und Probleme der
Zeit im Licht des biblischen Zeugnisses von Jesus Christus wahrzunehmen und zu beurteilen hat.

und Flucht von dem Vertrauen leiten zu lassen dass christliches Handeln unter dem Zuspruch und
