The DannerPreis now being awarded for the twelfth time in 2017 honors exceptional handcrafted
achievements that represent new design ideas and developments in the Bavarian arts and crafts
sector. This catalogue presents the works in large-scale color images with explanatory texts
and introduces the artisans through their CVs. Introductory essays addressing questions of
contemporary arts and crafts complete the volume.
