»Participation of Municipalities in the Value Creation of Renewable Energies. A Primarily Financial Constitutional View«: The swift implementation of projects, as well as the expansion of wind energy, depends to a large extent on the support of those affected. The compensation claim under Section 6 EEG 2023 aims to promote acceptance by means of financial participation. Kment examines the admissibility under financial constitutional law of the further development of this regulation with regard to both the federal government and the federal states, with a focus on levy obligations and compensat ion regulations.
