'Consumer Protection and Blockchain Token': Cryptocurrencies and digital assets are

remains insufficient. Sudden token devaluations anonymous platforms and seemingly unstoppable
smart contracts pose significant risks to consumers. This thesis examines protective mechanisms
in national and EU law compared to the U.S. analyzes regulatory gaps and explores how the
legal system adapts to rapid technological advancements.
