The proceedings of the 14th annual conference of the FEBA at Sofia University focus on three
discussions: on the fiscal and monetary crisis in Europe on municipalities and enterprises in
order to show development chances for governance clusters and mergers and on sustainability
including ethical political and technological aspects.
