This book constitutes the proceedings of the 24th International Conference on Compiler
Construction CC 2015 held as part of the European Joint Conferences on Theory and Practice of
Software ETAPS 2015 in London UK in April 2015. The 11 papers presented in this volume were
carefully reviewed and selected from 34 submissions. They deal with compiler engineering and
compiling techniques compiler analysis and optimisation and formal techniques in compilers.
The book also contains one invited talk in full-paper length.
