Recursive spatial multiplexing (RSM) is a low-complexity closed-loop MIMO architecture for
applications without delay limitations which avoids noise enhancement. It uses a retransmission
based on the projection of the transmitted signal in the previous frame onto a subspace whose
dimension is selected according to small eigenvalues of the channel matrix. In this thesis a
thorough analysis on the effect of the limited feedback (FB) channel on the performance of RSM
is given.
