This fifth edition of the Pharmaceutical Dictionary is a pocket-sized reference book of
technical terms as used in the pharmaceutical and related industries. In addition to English
and German the equivalent French and Spanish terms are included. The dictionary adheres to the
original concept by concentrating on the areas of production quality assurance quality
control and regulatory affairs. Original English language literature and compendia such as GMP
Guidelines and European Pharmacopoeias have been used as a basis as has the terminology used
by the EU EMEA and ICH.
