This book contains basic formulations of the electrodynamics magnetohydrodynamics
geometrodynamics quantum mechanics quantum motion quantum field and gauge theory. As an
application of the quantum field theory: In the part on macroscopic quantum phenomena the
collective behaviour of condensed matter systems is described for example within the electron
theory of superconductivity. Exterior differential forms are adapted to contact symplectic
and gauge connection forms. In particular the differential-form equations for electromagnetism
itself but also for superconductivity are derived. The interior differential calculus can be
ascribed to the relativistic quantum mechanics of the electron. The differential-form concept
is needed for the structures of modern physics. Differential forms reflect the aesthetics of
physical theories. The book addresses graduate students lecturers physicists and
mathematicians.
