The burden posed on clinical care and drug development by adverse drug reactions is huge since
current prediction methods often fail. In this work computational modelling was applied to
support the prediction of drug toxicity by taking into account patient- and drug-specific
factors. The presented approaches provide hands-on methods for clinical care and drug
development and help avoid adverse drug reactions in the future.
