The lifting basket from Küchenprofi is made of rattan assembled in a rectangular pattern. When
the dough is left to rise in the basket the basket leaves a beautiful grooved structure in the
bread dough. We recommend sprinkling the proofing basket with plenty of flour before use. The
lifting basket is suitable for 700 grams to 1.5 kg and is 28 x 13 cm. Also use the rising
basket as a bread basket for serving.
