Alma Perez returns to her homeland after a long time. She claims that the land belongs to an
extinct tribe of indigenous people and wants to convert it into a memorial park. This would
also require the infamous Clown Motel to be demolished. In doing so however she takes on the
cult-like church The Church of Chindi which abuses a malevolent spirit for its own purposes -
because the motel has a mysterious one. Deadly and extremely bloody purpose.
