VDV II is a series of 3 types of LAN "Wire mappers" which is very simple to use and which has
a very innovative design. The new VDV II is testing Wiremap with a very accurate displaying of
the wiremap diagram length of the cable (depends on model) and distance to open or short
circuit (depends on model). VDV II is supplied as 3 different models: VDV II VDV II Plus and
VDV II Pro. VDV II PLUS has following features: Is supporting unshielded shielded cables for
Cat. 5e 6 6A 7. Can be used together with a tone generator for locating cables. Wiremap test
for splitt pairs twisted pairs shorts and open pairs. Has voltage protection. A big
backlighted 2 9" display. Hub Blink cable length and distance to oipen pairs. VDV II PLUS is
delivered incl. remote unit coax remote unit battery and manual 2 x RJ45 cable with crocodile
