paring knife is made with 67 layers of Damascus steel and a core of VG-10 steel  which provides
ultimate sharpness and durability. The knife consists of a 20 cm long blade  which is forged
with a core of hard VG-10 steel. Then 66 layers of steel are added on top  which gives the
characterful and beautiful design ?? The handle of the knife is made of wenge wood  which gives
a complete and stylish knife of the highest quality.
