springform is made of extra thick carbon steel. The professional-grade non-stick coating is
beautifully champagne colored and makes the mold easy to clean. The mold provides straight
edges with good precision  which makes the mold especially suitable when you want to build

using: Use kitchen utensils made of wood  nylon  silicone or plastic. We recommend using baking

similar when cleaning.
