Heirol Blacksteel is a professional black carbon steel pan where thoughtful design and reliable

excellent non-stick properties and better corrosion resistance than regular carbon steel pans.
The Blacksteel pans are treated with nitride  after which they are heated in the oven with
nitrogen dioxide  allowing the black oxide layer to form. The pans are also pre-seasoned with
vegetable oil  further enhancing their corrosion resistance. The pans' non-stick properties
only improve over time with use. The 3mm thick pan doesn't even bend under the toughest use.
The pans are designed to withstand high temperatures and are suitable for all stovetops  ovens
grills  and even open fire. The long handle is riveted for ultimate durability. The pan heats
up extremely quickly and has excellent and energy-efficient heat conduction capability. With
