'Article 15 of the Basic Law in the Social Market Economy. Functions Applicability and
Perspectives': This thesis examines the current significance of Article 15 of the Basic Law
within the economic constitution of the Basic Law. It looks at which forms of economic activity
are permitted by the Basic Law - and how Article 15 of the Basic Law fits not only into the
normative but also into the actual economic order. In addition the prerequisites and limits
of the authorisation to socialise are discussed. On this basis it is shown under which
conditions 'Deutsche Wohnen & Co.' can be socialised.
