'Access to Effective Remedy for (Human) Rights Violations in Global Supply Chains: Can
Arbitration Overcome Existing Barriers to Justice?': Multinational corporations are frequently
accused of (human) rights violations in the Global South. How can affected individuals gain
more effective access to remedy? This work examines the issue from a procedural perspective
focusing on both State-based and non-State-based mechanisms - particularly arbitration under
the 'Hague Rules on Business and Human Rights Arbitration'.
