The book presents the case study of evolution of transitional justice policies designed by
Ukraine in the context of the Donbas conflict. It offers a theoretical introduction discusses
the specific context of relevant decisions and analyses the policies aimed at achieving three
normative goals: truth-seeking retribution and restoration.
