Payot Bi-Phase Make-Up Remover For Eyes and Lips is an effective makeup remover that can be

nourishing the skin. The active ingredients in the makeup remover include organic orange
blossom floral water  which has a very softening and soothing effect. The product is also
enriched with micellar molecules that act as magnets that capture makeup and impurities so they

ingredients: Organic orange blossom flower water - softening  conditioning and nourishing.
Watercress extract - loosens impurities in the skin and deeply cleanses. Natural micellar
molecules - extracted from corn. Acts as a magnet that traps dirt and grime. Usage: To use 
shake well before use and soak a cotton pad with makeup remover. Place the cotton pads on the
eyes and leave them for a moment to dissolve the makeup. Gently wipe over the eyes  always from
