All my life I used Lonely Planet for my travels. LP used to be the best guide book on the market, I loved the the details of information BUT what is this new format? No details at all, for the capital city they mention six places to stay and no prices, no contact, no map listing …. The getting there/getting around section is even worse….. than on page 9 they put famous „El Mirador“ on the map into the south between Quirigua and Copan…. unbelievable.The new Lonely Planet is absolutely useless compared to their great Information of their former guide books ….
