'The Governance Regulation of the Energy Union and Climate Action. Coordination of the European
Energy and Climate Action Targets': The thesis examines the dialog-oriented and
sovereignty-preserving system created by the Governance Regulation of the EU to achieve the
Union-wide energy and climate action goals. The author identifies the cornerstones of the
Energy and Climate Action Union and analyses several integrated national energy and climate
plans. She focuses the bottom-up approach with strengthening top-down elements in the context
of EU primary law and international climate action law.
