'Legal Issues of Pay Grade Classification in the Public Sector in Germany': Job classifications

The work analyses the system of classification with a view to the effects of the significant
social and technical changes during this period. It presents the legal context of international
EU constitutional and ordinary law and deals with legal issues relating to the identification
of 'work processes' and the interpretation of job classifications.
