to create a perfume for a woman who smells of woman  rare and powerful. The creator proposed a

fragrance variation presented to her and decided to keep the number as the name of the
fragrance. For the new perfume  she chose a bottle with a radical design  embellished with a
white decal and a faceted cap. In 1986  Jacques Polge  CHANEL's perfume creator since 1978 
reinterpreted his predecessor's olfactory composition of N°5 in a fuller version as an eau de
parfum. The eau de parfum takes its inspiration from the perfume with which it shares its
floral-aldehyde signature. The floral bouquet is composed around May rose and jasmine with
citrusy top notes. The aldehydes add a unique touch and the gentle hint of vanilla makes the
