Containers purchased from us after February 28, 2024, can be returned for refilling purposes in accordance with Article 11(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/573, using the return label provided. If the return label is no longer available, you can request a new one via the contact form.

Sale only to holders of a certificate in accordance with Article 10(1), subparagraph 1(a) of Regulation (EU) 573/2024, or representatives of companies employing such certified personnel or individuals holding a training certificate pursuant to Article 10(1), subparagraph 2. The purchase must be for the installation, servicing, maintenance, or repair of equipment in accordance with Article 5(2) and (3)(a) and (b), and Article 10(1), subparagraph 2, that contains or requires these substances for operation.
