Elon Musk and the masters of Silicon Valley want us to believe technology can revolutionize our
cities and means of transport. Road to Nowhere exposes the paucity of their vision a
distracting fantasy that will only delay the collective solutions already known to be
effective. Technological responses to social problems and the people behind these barren ideas
must be challenged if our cities and transportation systems are to serve the public good.
