'Procedural Homogeneity. A constitutional Analysis Using the Example of § 47 (6) VwGO': The
author takes the divergent interpretation of the standard of review in proceedings pursuant to
§ 47 (6) VwGO as an opportunity to analyse the constitutional limits of a heterogeneous
handling of federal procedural law. The issues addressed include effective legal protection
procedural equality of arms freedom from contradiction and equality in the application of the
law. As a solution an analogy is used to develop a preliminary procedure for procedural norms
that cannot be the subject of a procedure suitable for standardisation.
